On Wednesday 10th December 2008 we had the official opening ceremony of the new school extension.

The Rt Revd David james, Bishop of Bradford and Cynthia Welbourne (NYCC Corporate Director - Children and Young Peoples Service) cut the ribbon and officially declared the building open. Other guests who attended included Helen Williams and Philip Smith from the Diocese Education Team, Richard Radley and the school governors who had been involved in the project.

Following the opening all the guests, staff members and children were treated to a delicious Christmas lunch, prepared by the school catering team in the refurbished and much improved kitchen.
